Is it possible to live well when things don’t make sense?
The author of the epistle of James answers with a resounding “yes!”
In fact, James specifically wrote his short, powerful epistle to help Christians (especially the ones who had been raised in Jewish families) understand how to live well in a world where things often don’t make sense. In it, he addresses many themes that were relevant in the first century- and that are still relevant today.
In this series through the entire epistle of James, we are going to observing what the author says, decipher what he wanted his original audience to know and do, and find ways that to apply these lessons to our lives today. I hope you will take some time to download each lesson, study the passage, answer the questions, read these notes, and share what you learn with others.
