James – Lesson 13

In our last lesson, we saw how the Lord wants his people to behave while they wait for his return. In this lesson, we will discover the importance of prayer. Here, James implies that prayer should be the default activity of believers when they are suffering, cheerful, or bedridden. He also claims that prayer is most effective when accompanied by faith and righteousness. Let’s look at what James says about prayer and then consider the responsibility we have for our brothers and sisters who wander from the truth.
